WorldTrips lists mission groups, student groups, organizations, families, and friends. Each traveler must qualify. An organizer should check everyone’s ages, home countries, destinations, and travel dates before enrollment.

Atlas Group uses Atlas Travel benefits, including eligible unexpected medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and supplemental travel benefits. The official page publishes a 10% reduced rate for qualifying groups of five or more; your quote determines the actual premium.

Ages 65–79 have maximum options of $50,000 or $100,000; ages 80+ have a $10,000 maximum. Younger travelers can choose up to $2,000,000. Deductibles and any applicable copayments affect eligible claims.

Gather an accurate roster, birth dates, citizenship/home-country information, and itineraries. Confirm the offered coverage dates, payment process, document distribution, and any changes directly in the group application.
