The specimen lists ages 14 days through 75 and requires insurance that covers you in your home country. Coverage is for eligible trips outside that country. U.S. citizens and residents generally cannot use it for U.S. travel. Check residence and destination availability in your quote.

Multiple eligible trips fall within one 12-month period. Each trip has the 30- or 45-day cap you select. It does not provide 12 uninterrupted months abroad. Compare single-trip plans for a longer stay.

The plan lists a $1,000,000 overall medical maximum and up to $1,000,000 for emergency medical evacuation. Covered trip interruption, delays, and lost checked luggage have separate limits. Repatriation benefits are described in the specimen.

Pre-departure trip cancellation is excluded. Pre-existing conditions are excluded except an applicable acute-onset benefit. The annual plan does not renew automatically. Review activity exclusions and current coverage alerts.
